For lovers of chocolate, here’s a fabulous and healthy smoothie recipe with a twist – a few drops of Rosehip Oil for a dose of essential fatty acids, vitamins, and antioxidants! Made with coconut water, banana, cacao, and love, enjoy one for breakfast or dessert.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth
- Pour into bowl and top with your choice of toppings
- Enjoy for brekkie or as a healthy dessert.

But you can also top with blueberries, coconut flakes, goji berries, chia seeds, a dob of nut butter or cacao nibs.
