Kosmea Recipes: Dark Chocolate & Rose Smoothie

For lovers of chocolate, here’s a fabulous and healthy smoothie recipe with a twist – a few drops of Rosehip Oil for a dose of essential fatty acids, vitamins, and antioxidants! Made with coconut water, banana, cacao, and love, enjoy one for breakfast or dessert.

  • 4 x drops Kosmea’s Rose Hip Oil
  • 1 x ripe, frozen, sliced banana
  • 100ml x coconut water
  • 2 x tablespoons frozen raspberries
  • ½ x tablespoon vanilla powder
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth
  2. Pour into bowl and top with your choice of toppings
  3. Enjoy for brekkie or as a healthy dessert.

But you can also top with blueberries, coconut flakes, goji berries, chia seeds, a dob of nut butter or cacao nibs.
