Australia’s most talented women were celebrated on the 13th of May, 2015 with all the glitz and glamour for the seventh annual InStyle and Audi Women of Style awards. There were over 300 guests that attended the event held at Redfern’s Carriageworks in Sydney.
Throughout the night the InStyle and Audi Women of Style Awards recognized 26 incredibly talented women who came from a range of fields, all sharing an underlying theme of being truly passionate about their life’s work.
These women live and breathe what they do and also have a positive impact on the world. Together their achievements have touched many of our lives in some way, yet too often these ongoing achievements go unnoticed.
At Kosmea, we were extremely excited to have our very own founder, Marie Kapetanakis nominated in the beauty category. Marie is an innovator and leader, who has made a significant impact within the beauty industry. She operates with integrity and compassion, whilst being intelligent, inspiring and engaging.

It was a fabulous night all round as it was great to see women across Australia being celebrated for who they are and what they love to do. Unfortunately Marie missed out this year, though it was fabulous to see Jo Horgan from Mecca Cosmetica honoured as the overall winner of the beauty category.
